Obituary of Jeffrey Newyear

Jeffrey Scott Newyear 53, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin passed away Wednesday, May 23rd 2012 to be with our Lord. He was born on September 22, 1959 in Elkhorn, Wisconsin. Jeff graduated from Carmel High School and attended Gateway College taking Techniques of Supervision courses. His Military Service was from 1981 to 1983 in the U.S. Army serving in Europe. Jeff's occupation was a Machine Cell Technician with Supervisory Positions. He was an avid, loyal Green Bay Packer Fan all of his life and enjoyed NASCAR Racing and White Sox Baseball. Survivors include his mother Betty Rae (Kaiser) Loren Stried, Uncle Robert (Rosanna) Birky of Buchanan, Georgia, Richard (Janet) Sleyster of Kenosha Wisconsin; Step-brothers and sister; Ron Kaiser(Kim), Kathie (Steven) Ames, Gary(Darlene) Kaiser, Tim Kaiser (Sheila), Frankie Kaiser (Liane) and many Birky cousins. He was preceded in death by his father Dean Newyear, grandparents Raymon and Helen Birky and great grandparents Richard and Reba Sleyster, Sam and Anna Birky. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, June 20, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. at the Congdon Funeral Home, 3012 Sheridan Road, Zion, Illinois. A visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home. Interment will be private at Mt. Olivet Memorial Park, Zion. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Legion, Zion-Benton Post No. 865 at 3002 N. Forest Hills Court, Wadsworth, IL., 60083.
