I always enjoyed working with Phil, he was an exceptional man, unbelievably intelligent and extremely compassionate. He will be missed by all whose lives he touched. I worked with Phil for 10 years and he was an amazing boss...but more importantly he was an amazing man. He always treated me with compassion, respect and like a daughter! Sad to hear of Phil's passing. He was one of the most innovative water treaters on the West Shore, had the opportunity to work with Phil for 18 years as a vendor. My condolences to his wife and family.
