Evelyn was the most precious woman I have ever met. She was full of grace and the love of God glowed on her face. I am ever blessed to have known her. She will be missed, but I know she is singing in glory right now.

To the family of Rev Irene Armstrong. Space will not allow us to express how precious your Mother was to all of us. A good friend to our mother (Lillian Nicholson) and a precious friend to all the Revelation. We all have many good years together. She prayed the Revelation through many a dark valley and was always there. We miss her already. Sunday during church we looked toward the place she always sat - We will always miss her. Heaven's sounding sweeter every day since so many loved ones and friends have already arrived. Pat and family - you blessed us - we love you even though we have only just met. God Bless you always.

Sister Irene was a major influence in my life, she was my Sunday school teacher when I was a young child at about the age of six or seven. She has continued to inspire me through the years with her love and passion for the Lord.I will miss her coming to the services where I would preach as she would sit there and smile as to say good job.Thank you Sister Irene for your loyalty, your perseverance, your Love and firmness. I will never forget your beautiful smile and your spirit. Now your work is done here thank you for sharing Jesus with me. Your reward will be great I know.

What a beautiful woman of God. I know that there is much rejoicing in Heaven as she is sitting in her Father's lap. Sister Armstrong will be missed dearly. My favorite memory of her is during the Christmas banquet and how she would get a card for each and every person there. What a treasure she was.

Sis. Irene was truly a wonderful Christian lady and will surely be missed. We have so many wonderful memories and have shared so many great services with her. From years ago at the Waukegan Church of God to as recently as last August at the Jarrett's Homecoming in McHenry, IL. She was such a precious prayer warrior and always such an encouragement to our family. Our prayers for peace and comfort are with the family. My sincere condolences to Sister Irene Armstrong's family. She was a very special person in my spiritual awakening at Round Lake Church of God, not only for me but my family as well. She was filled with so much love for the Lord and all his children, it was a blessing to have known her. She was well loved by me and my family and I know the Lord is with her now. May God be with you all during this difficult time of mourning. Love Bro. Dugger
