Dick will always have a special place our our hearts. My memories of this loving man go back 61 years...I remember Dick with that smile on his face....how much he cared for you, Jean and ultimately how well he cared for and provided for his family. Dick always encompassed everyone in his good deeds making everyone feel as close as any family member. I will remember the fun we had as young friends and how wonderful it has been all these years especially the past few as you came east for our class reunions. We love you all. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all as you morn your beloved husband, father, patriarch. He certainly was the center of the family. So sorry to hear about the loss of your father. I had many conversations with him all the years I went to the laundromat for our family. He was a good man and very kind to everyone I saw him talk to. I know he touched mine many years ago when I was in Junior High.... He would open the doors early to the location on Lewis in Zion so that several of us would not have to wait out in the rain/snow/cold for the school bus.
