My condolences to the family. Aunt Helen has been such a sweet testimony of God's grace & beauty over the years. She will be missed, but what an awesome thought that she is in the presence of the Heavenly Father! Dear Duane and Gloria - Our prayers are with you with the lost of your mother. We think that your mom probably knew Don's mom and dad (Denise and Roy Grissom). Don's dad actually worked on building the Kenosha Church of God and they attended their until they retired to go back to Red Bay. The Lord truly is our Shepherd as we go through these very difficult times. He said that He would give His angels charge over us, lest we dash our foot against a stone. Your mother was a Christian - so when the trump of God shall sound and the Rapture of the Church takes place before the very dark days coming upon the earth....Your mom WILL be caught up with the Lord and we that are alive and remain will also be caught up together with them in the air. Our Redemption truly is drawing nigh. We will see our loved ones soon. Love Don and Marcia
To Helen's family - We regret that we will not be able to attend Helen's service honoring her. It was our privilege to visit her different times in recent years and we were blessed to have her recognize us and visit about happy memories. She was a wonderful Christian friend, mentor for us and co-worker in the church for many years. You have been so blessed to share so many years with Helen. We feel blessed and privileged to have shared many conversations and experiences with her.
