Obituary of Judith Blohm

Judith K. "Judie" Blohm, 67, of Beach Park, IL, formerly of Waukegan, passed away on Tuesday, August 10, 2010, Vista Medical Center East in Waukegan. Judie was born February 13, 1943, in Terre Haute, IN. She retired in 2002 as an employee of the Lake County Clerk's office. Prior to that, she held many positions in the mortgage industry. Judie was the cherished fiance of Art Griffith of Beach Park; beloved mother of Daniel Stultz-Blohm of Zion and Tiffany (Micah) Cress of Winthrop Harbor; devoted grandmother to Jacob, Matthew, and Eva. She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Nell Miller. Visitation will be Thursday, August 12, 2010 from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at Congdon Funeral Home, 3012 Sheridan Rd., Zion, IL. A Funeral Service will held on Friday, August 13, 2010, at 10:30 a.m. at First United Methodist Church of Waukegan, 128 N. Martin Luther King Ave., Waukegan, with Rev. William Owen, officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Olivet Memorial Park, Zion. Memorial donations in Judie's name are suggested to the First United Methodist Church of Waukegan.
