Obituary of G. Renee Gray

G. Renee Gray, 54, of Kenosha, WI, died on Sunday, June 20, 2010, at St. Catherine's Hospital. Renee was born January 23, 1956, in Waukegan, IL and attended Holy Child High School in Waukegan and Zion-Benton Township High School. She worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant for many years. Renee was a loving mother who enjoyed gardening, reading, and engaging in political activities. Survivors include her two children, David and Geneva Gray, both of Kenosha; mother, Joyce Frederick of Zion, IL; sister, Marcia (Michael) Wallace of Albuquerque, NM; many nieces and nephews; and former husband, James Gray of Kenosha. She was preceded in death by her father, Lamon Frederick. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, June 25, 2010, at 10:30 a.m. at Congdon Funeral Home, 3012 Sheridan Rd., Zion, IL. Interment will follow at Mt. Olivet Memorial Park, Zion. Friends may greet the family on Friday, from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home. Memorial donations are suggested to the Community Christian Church of Waukegan.
