"cousin Al" was a frequent visitor to 3232 EZRA Zion, Il. My mother and his were sisters and great friends as well. Al and his brother, Jim, were always welcome I just recently spoke to Jim, thinking I could get to AL to be interviewed for memories. I remember the returning sailor-cocky with a foreign dance "to Zion" called the "RUMBA". My folks did not dance and we laughed as he cyrated his hips with the sailor hat on his head. He was a smiling, friendly family member and I am sorry I do not have a chance to share his mothers voice I have concerning her childhood.
