Dear Manoian Family, I was so sorry to hear of Ed's passing and even more sorry that I didn't stay in touch the past 7 years. I was the Gen. Mgr. at Orchard Hills until I left for Japan in 1997. Ed was a large part of the OH family during my tenure there. Despite his many efforts, I am still just a mediocre golfer but I cannot think of even one round of golf where I don't hear his helpful tips echo in my head - Now, if I could only apply them! I last spoke with Ed in 2002 after I returned from overseas. My husband and I and a couple others from Orchard HIlls went to see him a couple times at the assisted living facility where he resided. My loss that I didn't see him again. Ed always spoke so highly of his family. He was very proud of his wife and children. I'm sure you will miss him very much. I always enjoyed the time I spent with him. Whether just listening to his history, great golf stories or playing golf with him, I'm a better person for having known him.
