Obituary of Daisy Wilkins

Daisy A. "Sis" Wilkins, 82, of Winthrop Harbor, Il, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, December 13, 2009, surrounded by family and loved ones at Midwestern Regional Medical Center, Zion, Sis was born August 26, 1927, in Zion, and married James Wilkins on March 21, 1950, in Zion. She was a member of Beach Community Church in Beach Park. Sis was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister. Survivors include her husband of 60 years, James; daughter, Daryl Albert of Beach Park, IL; grandchildren, Wendi(Reese) Miller, Jodi Brown, and Staci (Tony) Kucharski; great-grandchildren, Amber Brown, and Jacob, Luke, and Josh Miller; brothers, John (Doralyn) Clark of Grand Rapids, MI, and David (Barbara) Clark of Winthrop Harbor, IL; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, John Clark Sr. and Mary Clark (Oliver) and sister, Helen Clark. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, December 16, 2009, at 11:00 a.m. at Beach Community Church, 37283 N. Green Bay Rd., Beach Park. Interment will follow at Mt. Olivet Memorial Park, Zion.
