Obituary of Bette Littlefield

Bette C. Littlefield, 68, of Winthrop Harbor, IL, formerly of Zion, died on Tuesday, October 20, 2009, at Vista Medical Center East in Waukegan. Bette was born July 19, 1941 in Oak Park, IL, and was loving and devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She loved to cook and enjoyed playing bingo. Survivors include four daughters, Kathy (fiance, Russell Walters) of Winthrop Harbor, IL, Karen Conway of Park City, IL, Theresa Krotz of Watertown, WI, and Susan Breneisen of Waukegan, IL; four grandchildren, Johnny Keith, Cody Krotz, and Katlynn and Kylie Breneisen; great-grandson, John Keith Jr; brother, William (Irene) Zaleski of Hinsdale, IL; nieces, Alexandria and Mary; and close friends, Jerry, Joanne, and Sharon. She was preceded in death by father and mother, William and Olga Zaleski. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, October 23, 2009, at 12:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Winthrop Harbor, 3001 9th St. Winthrop Harbor, IL, with Pastor Michael Brown, officiating. Friends may greet the family on Friday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of services at the church.
