Frank Santostefano, 63, of Beach Park, IL, died on Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2009, at the Midwestern Regional Medical Center in Zion, IL. He was born May 29, 1946, in Calabria, Italy, and married Carolyn Koch on July 5, 1989, in Las Vegas, NV. Frank owned and operated several carpet stores in the North Shore area. He enjoyed gardening and loved his family and friends. Loving husband of Carolyn Vogel; dear father of Pamela (Mark) Dennis of Arlington Heights, IL, Frank Santostefano Jr. of Wauconda, IL, James (Dawn) Santostefano of Antioch, IL, Thomas Santostefano of Dixon, IL, Julie (Rob) Lepley of Evanston, IL, Jill (Jason) Nevil of Gurnee, IL, Jennifer Vogel of Madison, WI; fond grandfather of Sam, Lydia, and Matt Dennis, Justin Santostefano, Kaylee, Kennedy and Keaton Nevil and Tommy Leply; dear brother of Sal Santostefano of Mundelein, IL, Mario Santostefano of Elk Grove, IL, and Danny Santostefano of Wilmette, IL; fond uncle of Melanie, Steven, Natalie, Fintan and Brian Santostefano, and Michelle Koch, and all his dear cousins; preceded in death by parents, Carmine and Elena Santostefano. Funeral Service on Saturday, Sept. 5, 2009, 11 a.m., at The Village Presbyterian Church, 1300 Shermer Rd., Northbrook. Visitation on Saturday from 9 a.m. until time of service. Interment private.
