Obituary of Lawrence O'Hare

Lawrence E. O'Hare, 59, of Norfolk, Nebraska, died on Thursday, August 27, 2009 at Pierce Manor, Pierce, Nebraska. Lawrence was born June 23, 1950 in Waukegan the son of Leo & Dora "Stewart" O'Hare. He was raised in Winthrop Harbor where he lived and cared for his parents until 1993 when he moved to Norfolk where he was associated with Mosaic Housing, region 1V and North Star. He enjoyed bowling and bocce ball. Lawrence became a resident of Pierce Manor in 2007. Lawrence is survived by his wife, Elsie O'Hare and his brother, Lloyd and both of Norfolk, Nebraska; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents and by one sister. Visitation will be Friday, September 4, 2009, from 9:00 until 10:00 a.m. at the CONGDON FUNERAL HOME, 3012 Sheridan Road, Zion. Interment will follow at Northshore Garden of Memories, North Chicago, for a service there at 10:30 a.m. Memorial donations to Pierce Manor or Ascera Hospice Care have been suggested.
