Bonnie to me was one of the nicest, most caring person I have met! She was my co-worker here at the Clerk's Office. It was 2 and half years ago that I met her, and I can honestly say from the bottom of my heart, I will miss her dearly!! She will never be forgotten! One of the most memorable moments I have of her is a year ago when I was pregnant. It was winter and I only had a couple of more months to go until my delivery date. I would always pass through Bonnie's desk on my way out to lunch and she would be like "Liz, zipper that jacket up, its cold out there!..you don't want the baby to be exposed to the cold!" She was so silly...and I would be like "But Bonnie, my jacket doesnt close anymore!" So I told her how I only had 2 more months to go and I really didn't want to spend on a new jacket....so of course, Bonnie being the MOST thoughtful person in this world told me she would bring me a jacket. And sure enough the following day she brought me a black warm coat that use to be hers, but she said it no longer fit her. So she told me "Ok Liz, no more excuses...you better cover up that baby!" So just like she told me, I wore that coat for the rest of the winter...and as of today, it still hangs up on my bedroom closet! That kind gesture of hers, I will treasure forever! Bonnie, I will miss you dearly....your smile, your laugh...your Good Mornings, your see you Tomorrows...it's not the same without you! My thought & prayers go out to your family... love you always, *Elizabeth*

Well, if you knew my Aunt Bonnie, you would know that this spunky lady was full of life, love and humor! Some of the earliest memories and stories include full proof of that.... When I was a baby, Aunt Bonnie would stand over me and coo in a sweet voice with a huge smile on her face, and say "Oh, Brenda.. you're such an ugly baby, oh yes you are!!!" And I would just smile and think it was the greatest thing ever, then there is the story of when I was a toddler and she recorded me singing with a little tape recorder and played it back to me, and had me totally convinced that I was IN the tape recorder and I would say with my speech impediment to this little device...Bwenda, are you in der Bwenda? just amazed at how I was in that little tape box while listening to myself sing! These stories were shared between us everytime we would get together years and years later, and I would always love, and have a good laugh, when she told me these family repeated stories!! When I was a little older we got to visit the Chicken Barrel where Aunt Bonnie and Uncle Mike would be, and I was able to have whatever I wanted.. that was always a treat! As a teenager, Aunt Bonnie also was my ticket connection to Great America! Whenever I wanted to go, she ALWAYS had connections, and Kevin worked there for a while...so between the two of them, I enjoyed many summer fun days there, that was always a great perk from her!! For the last 21 years, we have lived in Arizona, but we had MANY visits from Aunt Bonnie through the years, and she was always "in the know" of what was going on in all of my brothers and sister's and my own lives! It seemed that everytime she was out to visit, we would end up in my parent's backyard around the patio table, enjoying some great conversations... I'm really going to miss that now. While Aunt Bonnie was here on earth, she loved, laughed and lived to the fullest... and I am going to miss her. To my Mom, Kevin,Kim & family, I hope these memories brought a smile to your saddened hearts, she was an incredible Sister and Mother and friend to you all......

My thoughts and prayers are with the entire Murphy family during this difficult time. I have always missed the great food in which Bonnie and Mike cooked at Food Barrel. My great love of deep fried mushrooms and zucchini came from there.

I remember my Aunt being at my Graduation at Fort benning, She said she had lots of things to do but said that she wished she could be there. So standing in line waiting to graduate i spot her in the crowd of people's was odd her and my mom both walked passed me and didn't see me at all. Then when i had gotten deployed she would always write me letters and send me shoes for the kids in Afghanistan, She always wanted to help people. She told me that she wanted to see me when i had gotten back,But she had a flight to go to Vegas. So there i was getting off the plane and who do i notice once again even before i seen my parents!? Yep my Aunt Bonnie standing there! I dont know what it was about her but she always stood out in a crowd to me . I will miss her dearly and hope that her and my Uncle Mike are doing well,

Dear Family & Friends of Bonnie, I have known Bonnie a relatively short time as a result of being co-workers at the County Clerk's office. When I first started here Bonnie always had a smile and a "Good Morning, Josie!" for me every day, and this really helped make my transition easier. She seemed to have a deep understanding of the difficulties life can throw you, and faced such things head on. She had a resilient spirit and loving nature, and I am so glad I had a chance to know her. My condolences to all who knew and loved her. Best regards, Josie Kick

I have so many fond memories of Bonnie! The most recent that will last FOREVER in my heart is bringing her home from the Hospital. The moment the ambulance door opened, her HUGE beautiful smile erupted. She wanted nothing more than to be at home. She was so thankful to be home she could not stop talking about it the first couple of days. We would have done anything for her as she would have for all of us. Bonnie is a very giving, kind, loving, generous woman. Her quick wit and beautiful smile will be with me forever! More than just a mother in law also a true friend! Bonnie will be missed dearly!
