Charlie & Dorothy were good friends to my parents Ernie & Pebble Powell. I will always remember him with a smile on his face. He was always happy. I know my brothers worked for him in the construction business & they learned a lot they still use today to benefit their families. My parents had a group of friends they did many activities together. I remember the pancake breakfasts & picnic's that were in the Park in the center of town. I did not know Charlie was instrumental in getting the public pool. That pool holds many memories for me & I know my brothers were lifeguards. Zion was a great place to grow up in & Charlie helped to make it a great place to live. Thanks, Kay Powell Larson
