It's hard to believe how fast the time goes. I've been thinking of Tola and Sandy daily lately. For the past few years, on St. Patricks day, I would bring them both a corned beef, cabbage and carrots dinner. They loved it just as much as I loved doing it for them. At family gatherings for holidays, I remember Tola telling stories of her youth in the old neighborhood on 52nd and Honore -- neighbors, neighbors' kids, etc. She and my mother would scream with laughter, which would get everyone else laughing.
Oh, Ribbie, she was a great lady.One of those people who brings the fun with her wherever she goes, so she is never without. A light has gone from the world. We will miss her, but no o e will miss her as much as you.
