To the Family of Robert Guerin. I am a volunteer for the American Cancer Society. Robert and I were put in touch with each other and we talked by phone quite often. I found him to be a man of dignity and grace. He spoke to me often of you, Bridget; he told me how the two of you carefully weighed the options for treatment programs and how you came to share your conclusions with each other. He spoke lovingly of his children and often gave thanks for having the privilege of watching them grow to adulthood. In our conversations he always spoke of his treatments for the cancer in terms of what would provide the best quality time for him and his family. I am so sorry for your loss. He was clearly a very good man. Peace to you all. Alva R. Caldwell, Volunteer for the American Cancer Society.

We were so sorry to hear about Bobby. We have known him since our days at Daniel Webster. We sat next to Bobby at a Moody Blues concert at the Genesee Theatre. He was watching the Moody Blues and listening to the Chicago White Sox on his radio. He was one heck of a nice guy - we will miss him alot.

Bridget, Ross, and Allison; Please accept my condolences of the loss of your husband and father. I have so many fond memories of Bobby while I was growing up and he and my dad, Bill Seibel, worked together for the Fire/Rescue Department. I remember all the "Family" dinners that we would have during the holidays. My first official emergency call was a ride to the hospital with not only my dad, but Bobby taking me to the ER for x-rays on my nose because I was being impatient and did something I wasn't supposed to do...playing hopscotch in the Ready Room and breaking my nose on the edge of the counter. After Dad retired from the department and I later became a volunteer with the City Bobby always made me feel part of the family still. He will be greatly missed. Thank you for sharing him with us.

Dear Bridget, Jim and I were so very sorry to hear of Bobby's death. What an amazing man, and what an amazing example of faith and courage he was through these past few years. We always looked forward to seeing Bobby and his great smile at our foundation events. What a blessing to have the deep love that you and Bobby shared, hope that is making this sad time at least a little easier to bear. We send our prayers and a great big hug to help you, Ross and Allison too. With much love, Suzanne and Jim

Bridget, My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your children. Bob was a wonderful person. I still remember him at the White Sox game that he came to watch me at in Milwaukee in 1995 when I was umpiring. He (there wasnt many people there due to rain and temp. of about 40)enjoyed every minute of it. That is my lasting memory of him and a great one at that. Love you Jim

My deepest sympathy to all of Bob's family. I have wonderful memories of our times together and especially visiting with Bob and Bridget in May. Bob was such an optimist and always had a kind word and gave much support and encouragement. I pray that your memories will comfort you during the days ahead and that as time passes, memories will bring you smiles, rather than tears. Love, Kym

How sad it was to hear about Bob's passing. I will miss my southpaw friend. Being lefties in the league was always fun. He was helping out with tips and different ways to bowl. He was one of the original members of the Wednesday Nighters. He will be missed. He had a good heart and always smiling and joking around with you. I will miss him in the Labor Day parade this year. Bridget, you are in my thoughts and prayers.

Dear Ross, Allison and family, I am very sad to hear of your loss. Your Dad was a good man who worked extremely hard to make sure you guys would have a good life. Above all of that, your father was a very kind and generous man. I can remember about 3rd grade when I was in your Mother and Father's group to go on a field trip to see the Sears tower. I was the only kid in the group who brought a bag lunch, so your parents decided to pay for me to get pizza like the rest of the kids. It was such a kind gesture, and to most may seem very simple, yet I still remember it all of these years later. I can only say that I have nothing but good memories of your Father and all of the things he did to help us as kids. Denny
