Obituary of Jill Zupec

Jill Ann Zupec, 40 of Waukegan, IL, passed away early Friday morning on August 15, 2008. She was born March 27, 1968 in Waukegan, and was a graduate of Waukegan East High School. Jill was a loving mother of her two boys. She loved the outdoors and had a great taste in music. Jill was the kind of person that always gave and expected nothing in return. She will be deeply missed and her departure brings immense grief. Jill is survived by her two sons, Aaron and Richard Zupec; mother, Mary Ann Guenther of Beach Park, IL; father, Paul (Patricia) Zupec of Gurnee, IL; sisters, Diane Massimo of Waukegan, IL, Paula (Douglas) O'Brien of Waukegan, IL, and Julie Zupec of San Antonio, TX; and her brother, Jeff (Christy) Zupec of Clermont, FL; she is also survived by 17 nieces and nephews. Jill was preceded in death by her step-father, Richard Guenther; nephew, Michael O'Brien; and grandfather, Paul Zupec Sr. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, August 23, 2008, at 3:00 p.m. at Congdon Funeral Home, 3012 Sheridan Rd., Zion. Visitation will be on Saturday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.
