The entire family is saddened by the death of Dave, as well as Helen. Both were role models and mentors for me, exhibiting a Christian life well-lived, but also as loving partners to one another, as parents and grandparents. I fondly remember times together at Granny Osterberg's, as well as the many kindnesses shown by Dave and Helen to my mother, me and my siblings. I am sorry i can't be there in person to express the love and appreciation I had for Dave (as well as Helen). He exemplified a life well lived and left a wonderful legacy through his extended family.
