I was deeply saddened to hear of Bob's passing. I sat right in front of him in the Lakes Area Community Band and will greatly miss my conversations with him and his keen sense of humor. He was truly on of the people I looked forward to seeing at band every week.

Bob was very kind and patient when I joined Col. Webb's Band of Music as a horn player. Being a violinist, he needed alot of patience. Always a smile and one of his jokes would leave me in the best mood no matter how my day was going.

My deepest sympathy to Bob's Family. It was a sad day to hear of Bob's passing. Bob was a fellow horn player in the Antioch Community Band. I looked forward to seeing his welcoming smile every Monday night and hearing a handful of his jokes at break. I always wished I could remember the jokes as he did, what a gift he had. Bob loved people, music & life. He has taught me what is important in life which I will hold on to forever. I feel so honored to have known you Bob....you will be missed greatly. Please keep a chair open for me in your section up there!
