Bob will be missed not only by his family but by all of Lake County residents. He didn't just "talk' about being a public servant, he WAS a public servant. People of Lake county are better off because of Bob Neal's dedication. He will also be missed by all of his Republican friends. His efforts were tireless; you could always depend on Bob's help and support. He was a very special person and I am saddened. My prayers are with his family.
