Obituary of Rita Neufeldt

Rita Marie Neufeldt, 85, of Zion, Illinois and formerly of Lake Zurich, IL, died on Wednesday, July 2, 2014 at Brentwood North, Riverwoods, IL. She was born September 17, 1928 in Chicago. She retired from Underwriters Laboratories in Northbrook in 1993. Survivors include her two daughters Denise Neufeldt of Grayslake, IL and Susan (John) Warren of Winthrop Harbor, IL; two grandchildren Zachary Warren and Jennifer (Michael) Rickert; two great-grandchildren Jacob and Madeline Rickert; and one niece Rita (Alex) Shustitzky of McHenry, IL. She was preceded in death by her husband Roy; one sister Johanna Keller; and her parents August and Bertha Schultz. Visitation will be Monday July 7, 2014, from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. followed by a funeral service at 7:00 p.m. at the CONGDON FUNERAL HOME, 3012 Sheridan Road, Zion, IL. Interment will be private for the family at Eden Cemetery, Schiller Park, IL.
