Obituary of Lucille Brean

Lucille "Lucy" Brean, 82, of Gurnee, IL died on Monday, June 9, 2014 at Condell Medical Center in Libertyville, IL. Lucy was born May 4, 1932 in Chicago, IL and was a longtime resident of Winthrop Harbor, IL. She was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church of Wadsworth. She retired from Sears in Waukegan. Lucy was a member of Zion-Benton Women of the Moose. In her spare time she was an avid golfer and runner. Survivors include her husband of 60 years Larry; and two daughters Lisa Brean of Chicago, IL and Kris (Wayne) Culley of Elgin, IL. She was preceded in death by three sisters Geraldine Borre, Lorraine Muelleman, and Margie Militich; and by her parents John and Lucille Wojcik. Visitation will be Thursday, June 12, 2014, from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the CONGDON FUNERAL HOME, 3012 Sheridan Road, Zion. Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday, June 13th, at 9:30 a.m. at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, 15000 Wadsworth Road, Wadsworth, IL. Interment will follow at Ascension Cemetery, Libertyville, IL.
