Enjoyed working with Jack. He loved ESDA and what it stood for in helping the community. Remember all those winter night protecting the city crews as they fixed the water main breaks or the flooding of the underpass as we explained to people that they can't drive through deep water. So many challenges were faced and overcome. He will surely be missed. May his soul be at peace.
