I am so sorry to hear of Bud's passing. We worked together at the Zion Nuclear plant in the 80's and 90's. Bud was a wonderful human being and please accept my condolences on his passing. GOD bless you and his family. Mike

I worked with Bud for many years at the Zion nuclear plant. He was a very nice man quiet and patient with new people. I worked at Abbott and I would see bud and Bernice at company functions I think she worked there too. RIP my friend.

We were co-workers with Bud at the Zion Nuclear Power Plant. A few of us still remain. Bud was always a joy to work with, always smiling, and just a truly nice guy. We are sorry for your loss. Bud will be greatly missed by those who knew him.

Bud had such a sense of humor. Lately he would tease me by while I wasn't watching, he'd peek over his glassrs and say "I'm watching you". Then he'd ask if he'd told me how beautiful you are today. We also told him he had a polar bear smile like the Coca Cola bear.

Recently, within the last 6 or 7 months reconnected with Herman, always looked forward to his emails and was looking forward to seeing and talking to him at Nostalgia Days. Will miss him.

Good bye Bud and know that you will truly enjoy Heaven. See you there some day. Thanks for all the genealogy work you did for me. Although we haven't seen much of each other since high school I have considered you a friend, good man and brother in Christ! Blessings and peace for the family. Jim

"Bud" was my supervisor at Com Ed. Very caring, understanding and fair, to say the least. Highly respected, he will be missed by so many friends and loved ones! RIP, my dear friend.
