Obituary of Edward Kelly

Edward C. Kelly Jr., 85, a life-long resident of Waukegan, died on Sunday, February 15, 2009, at Vista Medical Center East in Waukegan. Edward was born October 9,1923, in Waukegan, and was a member of Immaculate Conception Church in Waukegan. He was retired from U.S. Steel where he made several life-long friends. Edward was a veteran of World War II, having served with the United States Marines in Guam. He is survived by two nieces, Faye (David) Nash of Lindenhurst, IL, and Linda Malinowski of Gurnee, IL. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Elsie; sister, Gerry Anderson; and father and mother, Edward C. Kelly Sr. and Mae Kelly.
